We invite you to engage in this wonderful opportunity to spend a day with other BPL Advisory Teachers and leaders as we tour Rockingham Montessori School and spend time networking and sharing ideas about the BPL design.
We encourage schools to send at least one member of their team to each network day throughout the year, to maintain connection to the network and to act as a conduit for sharing back with colleagues.
WHAT WILL THE DAY INCLUDE?
Facilitated by BPLA coach Peta Ryan, the day will incorporate a wrap-up of the International BPLA Conference, and a tour of the adolescent program at Rockingham Montessori, including the story of BPL at the school as told by staff and students.
With a focus on LTI, together we will consider:

The conference theme of ‘Meaning and Mattering’ and sharing what this means in your context

The power of Interest, Relationships, Practice and how this links with the LTI cycle

There will be opportunities to discuss and delve into the challenges that staff are facing with these themes in their own context with a view to developing strategies to implement upon returning to school.
This is a members-only event. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
