Big Picture Learning Australia would like to extend an invitation to it’s Western Australian schools to join us for our Term 3 Network Day, facilitated by BPLA Coach Peta Ryan.
We invite you to engage in this wonderful opportunity to spend a day with other BPL Advisory Teachers and Leaders networking and sharing ideas about the BPL design.
We encourage schools to send at least one member of their team to each network day throughout the year, to maintain connection to the network and to act as a conduit for sharing back with colleagues.
WHAT WILL THE DAY INCLUDE?
With a focus on ‘Deep Work’ , we will spend time together considering the following:
- What do we mean by ‘deep work’ in Big Picture?
- How can we help students do more than just skim the surface of an interest?
- Interest exploration and ‘Real World Learning’.
- Workshopping and sharing ideas.
This is a members-only event. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
