DESCRIPTION:\n \n Halls Head College has had a Big Picture Aca
 demy running within the college since 2013 and ove
 r that period of time the academy has grown from o
 ne advisory of year 10 students to this year havin
 g six advisories from year 8 - 12. We invite you t
 o immerse yourself in the academy for the day and 
 to engage in opportunities to observe advisory pra
 ctices\, structures and cultures and also to utili
 se the chance to speak with students and staff who
  are at varying stages of their Big Picture journe
 y.\n \n There will be time&nbsp\; to discuss and d
 elve into the challenges that staff are facing in 
 their own context with a view to developing strate
 gies to implement upon returning to school.\n \n W
 e would encourage schools to send at least one mem
 ber of their team to each network day throughout t
 he year\, to maintain connection to the network an
 d to act as a conduit for sharing back with collea
 gues\n \n Network day one will be held at Halls He
 ad College on Tuesday March 16th\, ​​​​​
