 ance the implementation of BPL and the IBPLC proce
 ss.</strong><br></p><p>The 5-day workshop will com
 prise of a deep dive into key elements of the Big 
 Picture Learning\, which will include the:</p><ul>
 <li>Leaving to Learn</li><li>Senior Project</li><l
 i>Autobiography</li><li>Post-School Project</li><l
 i>Social Action Project</li><li>Digital Portfolio<
 /li><li>Video Profile</li><li>Other Qualifications
 </li></ul><p>Ongoing elements of BPL - such as Lea
 rning Plans\, Exhibitions\, Internships\, Narrativ
 es\, and Learning Goals - will be referenced in ho
 w they both support and enrich the student work an
 d learning.</p><p><strong>For each element\, we wi
 ll consider:</strong></p><ul><li>Core structure of
  each element</li><li>Ways of developing them both
  for teachers and students</li><li>How they link t
 o work that students have done in previous years\,
  and to work that they may wish to do in the futur
 e</li><li>How each may manifest in a variety of wa
 ys to act as evidence of student achievement to su
 pport teacher judgments</li><li>The roles of the s
 tudent\, the advisory teacher\, and school leaders
  in supporting and challenging students.</li></ul>

 unset\;">By the end of the five days\, participant
 s will:</strong></p><ul><li>Understand the key ele
 ments that make up the senior years</li><li>Have e
 xplored different ways of working through them wit
 h students</li><li>Have a clear plan for working w
 ith students to connect their experiences and work
  to their digital portfolio</li><li>View the digit
 al portfolio as the essential connection and colle
 ction point for students to show what they know an
 d can do</li><li>Understand that evidence can mani
 fest and be presented in a variety of ways</li><li
 >Appreciate that the rigours and high expectations
  that exist for all senior school students in BPL 
 remain anchored strongly in interests connected to
