The program caters for schools and participants planning to implement the design or to train staff to undertake employm ent within an already established Big Picture cont ext in the new school year. The Big Picture design for school is described by a set of key distingui shers and carefully structured frameworks and proc esses that aim to engage young people in learning. The design is the what\, the why\, the how and th e where - all at once. While created for school it is adaptable for use by academies and programs wi thin a school. It is a design for all young people and it is underpinned by high expectations for al l students. This course will explore some of the k ey elements of the design.
