Convert to a Big Picture School
BPEA has developed a process for schools that are both interested and ready to convert to a Big Picture Education school. This process does not require a name change. It does not involve privatisation of school. It does involve a 5-year (minimum) journey of intense reflection, exploration, and the implementation of significant changes to teacher and leader practice.
