Big Picture - Fee structure for PD

FEES FOR 1 DAY PROGRAM

The Professional Learning fees for One day are:

  • $220 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from a school then $198 per person (Plus GST)
  • If Big Picture or ANSN member then $176 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from Big Picture or ANSN school then $154 per person (Plus GST)

FEES FOR 2 DAY BP PROGRAM

The Professional Learning fees for the 2 days are:

  • $440 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from a school then $396 per person (Plus GST)
  • If Big Picture or ANSN member then $352 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from Big Picture or ANSN school then $308 per person (Plus GST)

FEES FOR 3 DAY BP PROGRAM

The Professional Learning fees for the 3 days are:

  • $660 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from a school then $594 per person (Plus GST)
  • If Big Picture or ANSN member then $528 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from Big Picture or ANSN school then $462 per person (Plus GST)

FEES FOR 5 DAY BP PROGRAM

The Professional Learning fees for the 5 days are:

  • $1100 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from a school then $990 per person (Plus GST)
  • If Big Picture or ANSN member then $880 per person (Plus GST)
  • If more than 2 from Big Picture or ANSN school then $770 per person (Plus GST)

Big Picture Education Consultancy Fees

Consulting

Helping leaders review their current practices, explore the BP design, assess its applicability to the setting and work with the school to develop a long-term plan of action for uptake and implementation.

Coaching

Working with the school – leaders, teachers and community – to implement the Big Picture Design. This is over time-work, it is complex teacher and school change work. The focus is on both reflecting on practice and learning new ideas. It is action learning and assessing progress.  Essentially the BP School Coach is helping the school staff change their practice, change their culture and change their structures. The BP School Coach will help the school develop processes to monitor its progress. Where appropriate the coach will identify other experts that might work with the school around particular issues and ideas.

Daily Rates:

For non-member BP schools: - $ 1600 per day and $1400 per day for long term contracts.

For member BP schools: - $1400 per day and $1200 per day for long term contracts.

For BP and BPI schools: - $1200 per day and $1000 for long term contracts.

Notes:
Contracts established for longer than one-year periods can be negotiated and work out cheaper than using daily rate method.
